It was a magnificent fall day on Saturday at the Pumpkin Patch and the perfect weather to host Pilgrim’s Apple Pie Fest. We sold 30 baked goods, raising more than $300. Many thanks to the Boehm family for organizing the Apple Pie Fest and to Dave McClave, Nick Zorn, Robin Mailhot, Lesley and Mairi Morrison, Duncan Todd, Sadhna Vora, Deborah Burger, Rev. Reebee Girash, Mary Mackie, the Kurths, Barbara Munkres, Judy Moffitt, Joe Carabbio, and Lisa and Sammy Boehm for baking all the tasty treats. And many thanks for Jeff, Sammy and Lisa Boehm, and Lilly and Beth Kurth for staffing the booth and the pumpkin patch. Fun fact! The real champion of the day was the Lexington Toyota Service Department who purchased 7 pies and 2 breads!
