Lauren Lorincz was born and raised in Ohio and is a lifelong member of the United Church of Christ. She graduated from Elon University (B.A. in History) and Andover Newton Theological School (M.Div.). While in seminary, Lauren served as a chaplain intern at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and was the student minister for two years in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts. Lauren loves to read and travel and has been on mission trips all over the U.S. as well as China and India. She is incredibly excited to live in (and explore) Lexington, with all of the unique history and culture in this area!
Diane Blair - Church Secretary

Diane lives in Chelmsford with her 4 children. Diane is a graduate of Lasell College and Katherine Gibbs School. She has excellent secretarial skills and extensive experience in office administration.
Debra Adams - Minister of Education
"Pilgrim Church is a place of possibilities where one can grow in spirit, in fellowship and in service. Pilgrim offers individuals a quiet place to worship God as well as a place where you can make a difference in the world. We are a community of faith that learns and grows together".
Debra has received a Masters of Divinity from Andover Newton Theological School. In addition to her work here at Pilgrim, Debra owns the Sandra Lane Nursery School in Reading. Debra enjoys time with her friends and family, golfing, camping, reading, and babysitting her grandchildren.
Marjory German - Moderator
"I am privilege to be Moderator of Pilgrim Church at a time with welcoming, caringl and faithful member leadership and a Church Council that is dedicated to the faith, the soul and the work of the Church."
Marjory German has been a member of Pilgrim's Church Council for four years prior to becoming Moderator. During that time she taught Sunday school and lead Pilgrim's youth group. Marjory has two grown children and a granddaughter. She holds a Juris Doctor degree and has worked in the state courts for 25 years.
David Mislin - Minister of Music
"Pilgrim is a church that welcomes and embraces diversity, and nowhere is that better reflected than in our worship. Every service represents a blend of the traditional with the innovative, and the result is a truly unique, meaningful experience."
David Mislin has been Pilgrim's Minister of Music since 2003. He is currently pursing a Masters degree at Harvard Divinity School, concentrating on religion, politics, and pop culture in contemporary America. In his spare time he enjoys reading, all kinds of music, movies, and rollerblading.
Dana Ellis - Director of Youth Ministry
Before being hired as the Director of Youth Ministry, Dana devoted herself to a year of service as an Americorps VISTA*. Currently Dana is leading the Youth Ministry of Pilgrim Congregational Church with special emphasis placed on fellowship, worship and service. Dana graduated in 2009 from SUNY Purchase with a degree in Media, Society and the Arts. In her spare time she likes to read, hike and explore the greater Boston area.
Melissa Kelley - Nursery Supervisor, Childcare Provider
Melissa offers a warm, nurturing environment in a safe, fully equipped room. She is certified in First Aid and CPR.

FROM OUR PASTOR
As our Annual Meeting approaches, and I reflected on the various things we've done together in my Pastor's Report, I feel excited. We've had a great year so far. It's been a year of transitions, of beginnings and endings, but I sense excitement and hope when we're together on Sunday mornings and when we perform the business of the church as the body of Christ.
